The hours for this position are primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00-5:00pm with an occasional weekend. This opportunity will consist of a skilled nursing facility and clinic based practice.

Minimum Qualifications
1.Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and formal nurse practitioner program or physician assistant program.
2.Current CPR certification.
3.Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
| | | | Dietary | Dietary Assistant – Resource | 2011-11-11 | | | | Under general supervision, prepares and cooks a wide variety of meals within facility guidelines. Communicate with hospital staff to determine number of patient meals and address any special dietary needs. Follow standardized recipes for food preparation to ensure proper nourishment of patients’ dietary needs and various other duties as assigned. This position will include both weekdays and a rotation of every other weekend.
Minimum Qualifications
1.High school graduate or GED preferred.
2.Previous food service experience preferred

Desired
1.One year homecare or hospice experience RN.
2.Two years acute care.
Minimum Qualifications
1.AAS or BSN degree in Nursing.
Licensing/Certification
1.Current Minnesota RN Licensure.
2.Current CPR certification.
3.Valid MN DL.
| | | | Hospital | Hospital Charge Nurse - Resource | 2011-11-11 | | | | The Charge Nurse provides supervision of other staff and direct patient care. They serve as a liaison between patients, Physicians, and other nursing staff to promote continuity of care. Coordinates, implements and re-evaluates the plan of care for all patients, committing to quality patient care. This position will include working day, evening, night and weekend shifts. Minimum Qualifications 1. AAS or BSN degree in Nursing. 2. 2-3 years of Hospital Charge Nurse experience, preferrably in the ER setting.
