Family Practice

Education: She received her undergraduate, and Master of Science in Nursing at Minnesota State University, Mankato. Ms. Buckentin received her clinical nurse practitioner training at the Sibley Medical Clinics. She has a background in gerontology, occupational health and hospital nursing.

Certification: ANCC (American Nurse Credentialing Center) Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 1998, Minnesota State RN licensure since 1988.

Professional Interests: Include taking a holistic approach to all aspects of family and patient care, with special interest in preventative medicine, women, teen and child health.

Family/Personal Interests: A lifelong resident of the Green Isle area, she enjoys the rural life, living and working in her community, believing that family and good health is of the utmost importance.
