Arlington, July 4, 2008 - Sibley Medical Center is pleased to announce the addition Dr. Joseph Sierra, MD to the Medical Provider staff. Dr. Sierra has been working with Sibley Medical Center as contracted staff in the emergency room. For the last 20 years, Dr. Sierra worked for Hennepin County Medical Center and has been an Assistant Professor of Family Practice at the University of Minnesota. With special interest in areas of ambulatory surgery, emergency care, chemical dependency and healthcare for the homeless, Dr. Sierra will begin seeing patients in the Arlington clinic one day a week and covering the emergency room in August.
