SMC offers emergency services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our physicians and nurses have specialized training to treat a variety of emergency situations for all patients ranging in age from infants to geriatrics. Ancillary on-site services include laboratory studies, radiology studies (to include CT scan), and emergency medications.
Should the need arise for further specialized treatment, SMC has a close working relationship with Abbott Northwestern Hospital, and trauma centers at North Memorial and Hennepin County Medical Center. A number of consulting physicians are also available to see patients on a weekly basis in our outpatient services clinic.
