OB/GYN

Education: Received his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University in Des Moines, Iowa. Received his Bachelor of Science degree from New Hampshire College in Manchester, New Hampshire. Has served as a Radiology Technician and Emergency Medical Technician in the U.S. Navy.

Residency: Four year OB/Gyn residency at Doctor’s Hospital in Columbus, Ohio. One year General Medicine internship at Doctors Hospital. Trained in Gynecology and Obstetrics. Interests in low and high risk obstetrics as well as Gynecologic Surgical procedures, including laparoscopy.

Certification: Board Eligible

Member: American College of OB/Gyn and American College of Osteopathic OB/Gyn.

Professional Interests: To provide local obstetrical service to the community and continue to have a strong relationship with Sibley Medical Center and provide for their female patients.

Family/Personal Interests: He and his wife, Amie, have a daughter, Kayla and a son, Korey. When he can find the time Dr. Johnson enjoys skiing and golfing
